Ecstatic Dance is a free-form, un-choreographed dance practice where participants move to music without specific steps, focusing on present-moment awareness and expressing emotions through movement, in a safe, sacred, and sober environment. Our new initiative is open to all levels and people and is a rotation of dancers who will facilitate the evenings. All participants/dancers/attendees are encouraged to send 2 songs for our collective playlist to be played at the events.
